Not sure if this is real...

A friend of mine gave me this 2 years ago and I thought I lost it. Looked in my sewing basket yesterday and it jumped out at me. She said it was a couple of nuggets, but I am not sure. It feels like it is about 2 or 3 oz, but it feels a bit heavier.
