Found it today in an area where I’ve found old coins and other flat buttons
Either looks like it had a shank welded on at one time or was welded to something else.
Very thin and slightly concave. Appears to be brass. Potentially some design on the front.
I have read some late 18th century civilian flat buttons being this thin
Appreciate any input.
