✅ SOLVED Not sure if it’s an old flat button missing the shank

Found it today in an area where I’ve found old coins and other flat buttons

Either looks like it had a shank welded on at one time or was welded to something else.

Very thin and slightly concave. Appears to be brass. Potentially some design on the front.

I have read some late 18th century civilian flat buttons being this thin

Appreciate any input.
