I would say early 20th century art deco bracelet... (1900-1930s)

Just a WAG, though...

At first I was leaning more towards belt from the same era because the center piece measures 3 1/4 inches by 1 1/4. But i think you may be right because it doesn't seem to be missing a bunch of links.
