Not quite today....but a few month's back.

I've had a case of "snow on the ground and I want to detect" fever the past few days so I have been browsing the boards making it more difficult on myself by reading all these threads of other peoples finds. I never posted this find from a few months back so figured I would now, haha.

Wife's cousin lost his wedding ring playing football thanksgiving day the year before. My son and I set out to the approximate area he thought he lost it and after about an hour, success!! First ring I've found for someone and the feeling was quite good.

That's awesome, I'm sure her cousin was ecstatic!

I kind of feel your pain though. Went out yesterday after completing my taxes to the beaches of Lake Huron, and boy let me tell you what. Only thing that could of broke that ground loose was some TNT. So I continue to wait
