But today was a good day. I managed to find the little Star of David ring which is silver and the Ray Bans. The glasses are in really good shape. There is only a small blemish at the bottom edge of the left lens. Not as good as the Maui Jims but I will make good use of them.
The other day I found a silver bead. First thought it was an earring, but realized it was one of those beads.
The casino chip surprised me. Got a nice bobby pin signal and within the first scoop saw the chip. Grabbed it up and put it in the pouch. Sifted the rest of sand and shells from the scoop and didn't see anything. Re-scanned the hole and the surrounding area and there was no signal. I thought what the heck, where is that darn bobby pin. Searched around the hole a little more and nothing. So I grab the chip from my pouch and pass it over the coil and get the signal. Well I'll be darn. Not sure why there is metal in the chip but I'll take it.
