I got in about an hour and a half today at a school I've hunted nearly to death in the last year. I managed to come up with almost four dollars in clad, and a broken toy tractor. The hit of the day, though, was a pocket spill, which yielded four 1964 pennies, a 1957 wheat cent, and a 1963 silver Washington quarter. All six coins came out in one plug, and the silver quarter is my first silver quarter found metal detecting. I know it isn't much, but it sure made my day! Thanks for looking!

Nice. That's one pretty quarter.

Congratualtions on the coin finds! :occasion14:

Yep, that was an awesome hunt where you nearly hunted that site to death.

I have become a firm believer that no site is ever "hunted out"!

Congrats on your first silver quarter. He is a shiny one.

Thanks! It came out of the ground like that. The only cleaning I did was rinsing it and using a soft toothbrush.
