Not a plow blade..found deep... Over half inch thick and 20lbs?any ideas?

Looks like it could be a tilling blade. I usually just classify finds like this one as "B.A.I." or, big azzz iron, chalk it up as a learning experience and move on.

Yes a plow point they come in a million sizes and types. Big iron.

if it has a hole in the center it could be a cultivater tine.

Is it just solid metal or is there attachment holes? Do any of the edges look worn?

As Skaba says ...... if it has two holes
, more than likely it is off a Chisel Plow .... chisel plow points have a slight twist to them so they roll dirt right or left depending on how the points are mounted on the tines ....
