I found this item in central California. It looked like a large bullet. It's heavy, iron and has an offset holes at the base. From the photos you can see it's not all that large. The only reason for this posting is while looking for another military related item, I saw a picture in an article labeled "unexplored ordinance still exists in the United States. I told of what seemed like an experience person dying when the ordinance he was trying to restore exploded. The picture resembles my find but there are no measurements to compare it with. Does anyone know what it might be? Thanks
