Northern California KGC Gold

In my oppinion at least 2-3 large gold caches waiting to be found.

Could be, but you know the saying, opinions are like hookers, some are great looking at first glance, but upon closer examination....well you know...

How do you know about hookers? We would like to know.

I once dated a girl who i later found out used to be an escort. Lets just say she was damaged goods....

What the heck happened here? HonkeytonkMan edited his original post down to nubs, and deleted his response. But his response was a link an aerial Google image of the roof of a house located in Montecito. Then he just disappeared. I find that confusing. Are we to infer from the now deleted image that the KGC gold is buried underneath that house, at the bottom of a 60', hand dug shaft?

Probably! But again... maybe he found one and just disappeared!??

Shame we didn’t get anywhere in this thread. I live in Northern CA.

If you are interested in KGC gold in Northern California I think you should put your efforts into research investigating the likelihood that it even exists. I'm not saying it doesn't, but I think the chances of KGC gold being in Northern California are about the same as the Lost Aztec Gold being in Canada. And if it's in Canada you know it's going to be under a pile of moose poop, so be prepared to get your hands dirty.

It was something of a tongue in cheek answer. I have no reason to believe there is anything in CA from KGC. We were not exactly a hotbed of civil war passions in CA like most of the states.
It was moved to Canada...

Canada may STILL "hide" millions ($$$$$$$$) of CSA/KGC GOLD; Albert Pike, et ai were up there...

California was a refuge state with some evidence (from Jessie James was One of His Names) that some of the KGC gold did make it out to this state. California wasn’t a hot bed of belligerence in the sense of combat during the Civil War, but the precious metals located here and NV were huge drivers of both the start of the conflict and funding for the conflict. There was quite a bit of subterfuge going on here in that period of time including inciting Mexico to consider a move to try to retake its land to damage the Union. There are plenty of other options too, like Spanish and Russian caches. I am brand new here, in fact I created an account just for this post. In southern Oregon and worked in northern CA as a forester and looking to learn anything I can about this stuff.

Well, it seems you have two fairly big hurdles to overcome. First is to follow up on whatever evidence there is that KGC gold is actually there. Without nailing that down, searching for it would be a fool's errand. If you do confirm that, the second hurdle would be to find logical locations within the state where it could be. California is a big state, so that's not an enviable task. And unless it was hidden in the wilderness, chances are it's been built over several times by now.

The KGC did have alot of activity in northern california. I had spent 8 years researching these activities and was able to find quite a large amount of info. I have been to places where they moved about. There is a hotel in northern california that has a ledger with the name of Jesse James written in it. I promised the manager not to give the name of this hotel. The intel i have is verified by the years of research. Research and boots on the ground proved a possible location of a KGC depository. The main sign is still there where I found it while prospecting the rivers. the other markers/signs all fit and the dates all match up. I can say with 100% certanty that it is a KGC cache. I have shown all the evidence to a fellow treasure hunter and he was shocked.
