In the first pic, if the middle stone is very near spherical, and appears 'pecked' into shape, I would say it is a nice game piece. My wife and I found one similar once. Very nice finds!
 

I posted pics a few weeks ago of some rocks I found near a shell midden. They are almost identical to yours and I was told they are just rocks. mine were found with pottery,tools and arrowheads

That said, how do you identify a game stone from just a rock?

The bottom left Rock looks to be round ..... I would have kept that one all the others I would have left behind as natural rocks.
 

The 2 smaller round stones in the first picture look like game stones. The other 2 in second picture look like hammer stones.
