Two outing lately, on the river side still lot of snow out here. My first coin is a Blacksmith look close BL1 in the Charlton books but not completely sure. Those coins don t have that much details when they were made and even less when you find it.It,suppose to be a Blacksmith from Montreal who was making those to buy some beer..I first though about a worn halfpenny but found out was a blacksmith, got me really happy. They date them around 1831.
The other coin is 1781 Irish made around 1825, mostly use in Canada and in New England. The thick mud save this coin, the shape is still very good it,s even better know than the picture on this post. Just rinse it when i found it and said OMG .Finding token is my passion but finding them in good shape is really interesting.+Some finds found around ,Thank,s to look at.
