All Treasure Hunting
Spent nearly 6 hours (12 man hours) on our fav field. Finds are getting less as we move into an area we have done well in previous years.

Buttons:
Pleased with a very early Military button with XX could be 20th Regiment of Foot. Late 18th century: http://www.regiments.org/regiments/uk/inf/020LancF.htm (Looks a good match)
WWI - Lovat Scouts button - Highland Division
A new one for me GWR - Great Western Railway - 1900-1930s?

Coins:
Dad found a rare 1689 Gun Money Shilling (his first our 3rd) (left middle row) - Historic piece as its made from melted down cannon to pay the soldiers in the Irish Campaigns. Read more:
