Are you sure it's a 1913 Federal Reserve $5 note and not a 1914 FRN?
Who are the signatories?
What was the issuing bank?
Blue or Red Seal?
And is the $2 FRN really 1913 or is it 1918?
Don.......

chat online with Dominican beauties as gold will reach 100000 an ounce.

There was also a Series of 1918 and some of those bill were dated May 20, 1914 or May 18, 1914--not to confuse you more. All Series of 1918s had blue seals and al were signed by Burke and either Teehee or Elliott. A few years ago, the retail value of a Series of 1918 $5 Federal Reserve Bank Note ranged from about $250 (in VG-8) to into the thousands (in UNC-63) depending on condition, specific issuing bank and signatures.
Don.......
(On my screen a smiley keeps coming up where the number '8' should be.)
