farmer was takin' down fresh rows of feed crop in prep for the new season. 1ST hole was Sarah ----lookin' pretty for 112--- IMG_5304.JPGIMG_5305.JPG :laughing7::laughing7:

a few feet down the row----more age is showing with this--
IMG_5306.JPGIMG_5307.JPG

a few BIGA$$ iron hits & the usual aluminum salad as I stumbled down the row---- then a sweet "CHIRP" :laughing7:
that wasn't a :censored: bird
another 95 years just flew by :laughing7:

IMG_5300.JPGIMG_5301.JPG

at the end of the 700 foot run, I turn my feet and hit the 2ND run--- then I get a "FOOT"

IMG_5309.JPG

another few more "feet" ----- and here comes another "not a bird" chirp

add a few modern brass 30-30 rounds :laughing7: just for reality

not bad for 2 rows. had a long chat with the farmer, he gives a few tips on other fields in the area and I show him the day's digggin's. rest of the field should be harvested by sundown today-----

OTWBTCC the harsh cruel spring weather kicks in ------MORE :censored::cussing::cussing::angry5: RAIN dumps from the clouds__________

SO, "AFOOT" & lighthearted (again with the dork in the Volvo commercial) I take leave of the field with my 3 lady friends, still scratchin' & :laughing7::laughing7:

OK, p.e.a., you just helped me settle on Sunday's sermon....JEALOUSY.

nicely done.

You are a poet of the stubble, PEA. Very solid recoveries...especially that classic head, hard to find and relatively great shape for a modern cultivated field.

I always like a classic head. Very nice

Hello PEA. Dang I am jealous...you guys up north find great stuff!! We just don't see many LC's down here. I have managed only (2) in 20-YRs of digging' holes. Thanks for the post. C9

I accept praise from the master. they were my 1st & 2nd Classics. my low standards are 18 to 80, classy or EMO, draped, flowing or drunk, silly or serious--- as long as the ending is the same :laughing7:
