No ideal what these 2 things are?

Here's a couple of items i ran into lately and have no ideal what they are but seem interesting. the club thing i was thinking 1800's golf club or maybe something for horse back riding and the second object is a long wooden pole with a wooden piece at the end.looks to have had something nailed around it,thanks for any help.

the "club" is a cane for walking, not sure about the wooden one

It's surprising that when you picked the walking cane up, it didn't instantly click as to what it was.
Not saying that to belittle you, just seems like it would instantly feel natural, being the right length, having an ergonomic shaped handle, and being made out of.....well -> cane.

Nicely personalized too. That's so it wouldn't walk off when you set it down at the bingo hall.

By the way..the markings are probably not stamped.

Could the wood pole be the mixing arm of a tall butter churn. Always seen the pole sticking out, but never knew what was inside to do the mixing. Just a guess :icon_thumleft: Paul:coffee2:
