The back looks like a different material with a seam. 2 pieces? Open it up. Or research the numbers on it. It looks like a part from small equipment or engine. At first I thought harmonic balancer, I’ve never seen one hockey puck sized though. Also the hole would go through and there would be a key way most likely. I still think it’s from modern equipment.

Looks like a roller/wheel. Fairly modern. The hole could have been for the bearing and axle?

Just a guess but to me it looks like it could be an old floor drain cover. Just a guess.

Text says AHB and F8. Numbers are10137382 and 10137383.
