Here's a tough one, it's made of wood and not that large and has this weird toothed metal portion opposite an untoothed metal portion with a hole between the two. It seems fairly old given the rust stains around the nail holes. Any one have any idea what the heck this might be or might have been used for?

Thats the tray of a slaw cutter, the legs are not original.

I thought that too but can't find any examples of one like this. All of the one's I've found have similar bodies but all have angled cutters without a space between them.

I never saw a cabbage cutter that wasn't the size of a head of cabbage. This look like only about 3" across.

It's a corn cutter/creamer for making cream style corn.
