No idea what this is, I'm sure it's not valuable

I have found probably a half dozen of these things this year, usually I toss them in the scrap but I figured I'd take this one apart, clean it and try finding out what the heck these things are. They don't seem to be broken off from anything by the looks of it but they have to go to something????

If it's small , it could be a button .

That looks like a Beyblade, a Japanese top spinning game. The Beyblade would come with a small stand and a ripcord. The Beyblade would sit on the stand and the ripcord would go through a small whole in the stand. When you pulled the ripcord, the Beyblade would shoot out of the stand and start spinning. You would have "battles" against another people and the last top spinning would win.

(yes i know, i know a lot about these because kids in school used to sneak them into class)
