Of a stone with a hooked x? Top part looks like the hook,
Probably all natural and have seen too many movies lol
Unlike anystone around though and was under a big boulder

You tell me?
I am probably just crazy I'm sure lol

can you scratch it with a fingernail (like put a small groove in it)? Almost looks like weathered pipestone, if you can scratch it with your fingernail you are in the right ballpark for something like pipestone, soapstone etc.

i can scratch it a little not a groove my nails aren't very tough but can slightly scrape a tiny bit off. There would be no reason for it to be where it is it would have to have been put there right?

One place in Ontario pipestone can be found
And it's very far away from where this was found am on pretty much the most southern part of Ontario. There is a pipestone river at the north tip of Ontario google won't give me a route or distance to there but it's far

Lol yea figured .
Idk I see a small cross carving and the end of what looks to be a hooked x
But like I said I'm like 9999999.99999% it's probably not what I think it is
But it's definitely not just a ordinary creek rock looks like pipestone p Allen said. If he's right there wouldn't be s reason for this to be where it was closest place to mine this stuff or find in creek beds is pretty far away
