Thats the only thing about ND I do not miss!

I really feel your pain! Winter just broke here in the North Country, and we still got some sleet and hail yesterday. But the days are getting longer and soon the snow will only be a memory.

Wow ! I'm glad we are over that here!!!! I don't think I could take more snow now!

I'm getting tired of having to post this kind of stuff.

Wow! You guys have never heard of a dusting of snow, have you? Sorry about the weather. Kelly, this will give you time to learn "Aqua lung" on the bone flute. Possibly time enough to learn "locomotive breath" as well. Lol!

I thought of you while watching the national news this morning. I love snow...at least for the first 2-3 months of it. I'm a seasonal girl and My region is pretty fair in terms of changing seasons. Just as I get tired of snow, spring hits. Just as I'm tired of heat...autumn comes around. My first snow out west blew my mind though. So different. Powder and fluffy amazingness. Here it's heavy and icy and very seldom so we get a powdery snow. Driving in a foot of snow out there is safer than driving in 2 inches here. Anyhow...I'm still spreading good vibes and hoping spring breaks for you soon.

snow is water, water helps erosion, erosion helps find artifacts, but it isnt like you need any help,so its time too go snow.

Junk...the weather here sucks as well. Mostly rain and ice...
We are weeks away from field work...

HS------happy shoveling

Thats terrible. If the pollen wasnt so bad Id have the windows open rite now here. 70s and 80s all week here. Sorry you 2 for that darn snow.

I heard you guys might get some I had no idea. That is crazy weather. Happy shoveling Mr Larson and T Witko and all the Dakota Boys.:tongue3:

Here we need all the moisture that we can get. In fact we are still considered in a severe drought area. We need the rain, but not the cold and snow. The snow and the warming tempatures do allow the moisture to stay in the ground longer.

Like the John Deere B! Is that a later 1930s model? If it needs a new home, you can send it over here. I will make sure that it gets plenty of TLC.

hey digger it is a 1945 model the square seat and steel frame (rather than cast iron) started then along with it being the first year of the electric start
it is a pretty good one, my Dad bought it last fall about 15 miles east of here and drove it here ....he is my best friend and 90 years old
i have an early 40,s 'B' inside which has the old fashioned round seat
i might take it to our site and use it with a small disc for the garden this summer
thanks tnet friends for all the words
