This was pretty deep. It was folded together. It looks as if someone chewed on it. I'm pretty sure it's aluminum but very shiny. Those spots aren't rust just dirt I didn't get off.

Hi, I too dig up chewed aluminum. That one looks like big teeth chewed it, dog or bear? Perhaps even a person in pain, clenched it? I first thought it had holes in it, but at closer look, it has the marks like back teeth of a dog or bear. Curious find indeed. George.

Trash chewed by a Racoon . coons love shiny ,I've trapped them with aluminum foil for bait.
