ME,

You know what that top pic looks like to me? From the looks including the threaded part downward, not so much as the very top...it reminds me of where the oil goes in the lawnmower (the older mowers)...what do you call that thing...valve top??? Somebody help me here!!

No CW bullet resembles that thing... I know, because I researched it already :)

... and with that threaded deal... River Rat could be correct, a plug of some type... with the one end twisted to the breaking point.

No no slot. I think that oil plug might be correct. The part you would twist to take off is gone from the top. Makes sense to me. I WISH it were a CW bullet! I could rest easier knowing I found my first CW relic. I'll have to keep hunting. . .

I kept picturing this in my mind, I just couldn't think of the right name, but yes the oil drain plug is what I was picturing. ;D

Not sure. No way to tighten other than hand tight.
