Any Idea's.....the back is as same as the front with some kind of hinge at the top.Can't even try to guess on ths one,Tag maybe?.....No Idea!Thank's for looking and HH!!

It kinda makes me think of a "hinged clasp" that you'd see on those old, old books. But if both front and back are the same, that probably lets that one out of the running.

Looks to me more like a snuff box lid.
Similar to a lady's compact but smaller.
