Relic Hunting
Found this near the Opequon River in Jefferson Co WV in a field in a field full of frags.

Its two counter-rotating discs with five holes each that line up. Its heavy and non-corrosive but not lead.. entirely. It has five symbols which I believe are: a five point asterisk/star, the letters H Y L O.

Initially I thought it was part of a fishing reel since it was found near a stream. But after the initial cleaning I saw the symbols.
