No Bet

There should be PLENTY of that meteorite that made it to the ground. Give it time, there is always a rush with a new fall. More will be found, and it should be very affordable.

I know. Especially as it seems everything Russian is for sale. There were a lot of videos made from dashboard cameras. On of the networks wondered why. They found it was because of crazy drivers. The videos they showed had everything from a fighter jet almost strafing a highway to a truck spilling cows all over a road. Cars slamming on their brakes so to be hit from behind. The cameras were for proof in court.

Check out the video at this link. Sounds like weather will soon delay further search until Spring, according to the Russian hunters seen here. A friend of mine just acquired a small individual found in just this fashion. I'll post photos when he gets it, but it will be awhile I imagine. Anyway, man, check out the stones here!! The best will be the freshest, and the freshest will be the first recovered, like some of the ones that look in the 40-60m category here. The old guy is holding a specimen to die for!

Great video. It looks like a brecchiated ordinary chondrite from a few of the fragments. Reminds me of the fall in Canada - Buzzard Coulee - from 2008 or 2009. Many stones found in the snow and ice, then more found after the thaw, except this one is much larger. Hopefully enough fresh material is found to meet demand before the thaw.
