No Beginner's Luck Here! (What's that smell?)

Went through the 20 rolls I picked up today...

Nothing. Nada. Zip.

Oh well. It was still fun. These were machine-wrapped and the wrappers were all printed with the Brinks brand - is that normal? Just wondering if that means they came from somewhere other than Fed bank...

I would double check the rolls next time. I have a feeling that you received searched rolls. Many CRH can reroll a machine wrapper to look brand new. Did the bank only have 20 rolls or is there still the remainder of the box at the bank?

In general you should have found at least 1 coin in 20 rolls but it is not uncommon to go many boxes without a silver coin.
