No answer or call back from fisher

I tried for a week - 2 times the first day and once each day after.....NO responce AT ALL....Anyone else have this problem.
I will never buy fisher again..Bought 2 myself, and i suggested fisher to many friends who own one now.......

let me tell you about Minelab i asked them for information on there detectors .I had it in about 4 days. Now get this Minelab called me today to check if i got the information OK i was busy at the time and can not remember the mans name that called. Minelab does impress me more than Fisher in there service Dept. I will say Minelab is on the ball.
