NN - Angel Greenery Enamel Tag - Need ID

[Pocket Change]

Tag was found in SE WASH in an old barn that held farm equipment. Greenery is possibly ferns. Its brass I'm sure and measures 35x40mm(1 3/8" x 1 5/8". Appreciate any help on ID.
