No. The western interior seaway separated the lands from where tyrannosaurus lived and the continent Appalachia. There were tyrannosauroids that lived here like Dryptosaurus and appalachiasaurus, but no t.rex.

So I'm guessing you wouldn't find the Jurassic dilophosaurus here either then

There is evidence of dilophosaurus in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts
