Picked up a bunch of stuff today at a couple yardsale events held localy.
I wanted to share the unusual and get a little info as well.

A Meriden CO double pickle castor in great condition for 3$ is apparently my best score.

This Nippon Ferner also may be a good score. Only cost 2$..
Can anyone confirm any details about it?
The pattern style? Is it rare? I've seen comparables. But would like to find an example just like it, if authentic, it should be possible?. Just to get the details. Unless it's really rare that would be cool to. ???

I think I found the marking details and it seems circa 1900 in other examples

Nippon (and Nihon) are the Japanese names for “JAPAN”. Typically most items marked Nippon are going to date from 1890 (McKinley Tariff Act) to 1920/21 when the requirements to put Nippon on Japanese items was changed to its current day moniker of Japan.
