I've been pulling out NIFCs (2002+) when I go through halves lately. Not diligently, but when I've seen a very shiny copper ridges, I've stopped to check.

I've decided it's not worth my time. I showed a bunch to a dealer, and he looked through them and only wanted one - and gave me 75 cents for it. Whoop de doo.

I'm just going to send the rest of my NIFCs back into circulation, by spending them! :D

ya really what date did he want ?

just in the last month i got two boxes of halves that were mostly NIFCs , i sent em all back. In fact they were mostly 2010.

I used to save NIFC halves as well until i got a box that was 50%nifc's, i only am keeping a few 2010 and 2011. Just completed pair #1 of 2011 p and 2011 d, just want 1 or 2 more pairs. hh

Just got my first 2011 half last night..... and my first really nasty half (a 2006 with some unidentified substance on it). I keep all I find at this point in time (although I may throw that nasty 2006 in with my pocket change for a while). ::)
