wheatie collector mentioned in a post that the bank he picks up coin at calls him "pennyboy". i know what ya mean.

back when i was ordering twelve boxes of halves a week one of my dump banks dubbed me "fiddy cent". i couldn't walk in without somebody chiming out, "hey fiddy cent!" or "sup fiddy?" since this was one of the banks i brought those chocolates to they were very nice to me and extremely helpful.

i was wondering if any of you guys has been dubbed or nicknamed by your banks? just curious.

I imagine some of the not-so-nice tellers who get tired of handling our dump coins have given some of us nicknames that they wouldn't mention to our face. ;D

Lol... i'm with Jim on this one.

If I've been given any nicknames, they're not ones that will be used while I'm present.

the bank i go to pick them up calls me pennyboy but the bank i go to drop the pennies off they alway's ask me how much you think you got in pennies this time. and they alway's ask me what i do with the pennies when i pick them up as in * Do you make anything out of these pennies?*

gotta love tellers.

On my third or fourth visit to a branch a few days ao, I asked for halves, then nickles. When I asked for nickles, the teller lit up, and said, "Oh! You're the nickle guy!"

I'm the "coin guy" at my drop bank. ;D
