Went back to my big field and dug everything that was not iron. This week I have dug 18 nickels---usually I go months without digging one. Maybe I am digging more junk and finding them at +18-20 VDI.

Sorry , I broke my camera. I have a big thumb print in the screen where it fell and I grabbed it too hard...dang! Can no longer see what I am shooting.

2- Wheats
2- regular nickels
2- Buffalo nickels (No dates)
1- Flying Eagle Cent

If it was an 1856, it would be worth $6,000.00 --naturally mine is impossible to read a date!!!

I am soaking it but don't expect to see much. Clay soil here destroys nickels.
Update: I can see the "1 8 5 ?"
