Looks like an older design, very mellow lovely ring! And it fits you! 
I've dug several nice silver rings, a couple gold, a couple copper -- and they all fit me, lol. Also one copper handmade ring that was so big it fell right off my thumb! When I dig rings too big for me, I offer them to my son, & when he digs little ones, he offers them to me. I wear my silver rings daily, but after wearing the gold ones a few times I sold them to Midwest Refineries, a very trustworthy sponsor of this site, who quickly sent me a nice check for around 95-percent of current gold value. Works for me!
Especially as I don't think it's wise for puny lil ole ladies to walk around wearing gold rings during these mayhem years of our culture. Have Fun! Andi
