I've been picking sea glass for 19 years. Found this area three years ago by accident. Since then im constantly watching tide forecasts and marine forecasts for the area. Needless to say the gale warning over the weekend, high winds and a favorable tide time made me take the afternoon off and drive to the coastline yesterday. Some nice sea glass and a few whole bottles. The square one is an old medical vial... it's been knocking around a log time to get a frosted finish. Thankfully it's empty other than some sand. The small cork bottle has a seam over the lip so it's 1910+ still cool to find a cork bottle. The beach has a habit it seems of absorbing and eventually spitting out whole bottles. Most are 1970s+ but every once and a while you get something older. You just need a low enough tide and boots to play in the muck like quick sand that's normally under water. Last is a 1932 Willis Jones Suplee milk bottle found on a pervious trip. Yup it's whole.
