No help on the type, but it's a nice lil' point.
 

It’s a bit concave but I think it’s a bit damaged. The ears and stem are ground smooth.
 

look late archiac to me. heat treated, broad percussion flaking with minimal, if any, pressure flaking.
 

Nice point ! If it were found around here I would lean towards calling it a Stanley point. An interesting thing noticed about Stanley type points around here, is that they quite often are made from a maroon-reddish colored material similar to what yours looks like.
 

Nice flaking on the bifurcate point. I am scared to call out an I.D being out of my area.
