Found this penknife today. Seems it was about two inches deep, if this had remained in ground a bit longer, damage probably would have become permanent, as is seems the knife cleaned up nicely. Had small amount of dirt inside with blades and some crusty red rust. Sprayed with WD and wiped with tissue but some slight rust remained so then used my fingernail to remove the leftovers. Later while taking photos the side metal emblem fell off, would it be good to re-attach with epoxy or what would work better? Seems to be a decent knife. Thanks for looking HH !

cool looking knife

That's a neat pocket knife. I think I would use a good quality super glue gel to reattach the emblem

I have about 12 of those peanut style knifes in just about every color. They make great gifts.

Its not the best knife company but people don't really know anything about knives anyway.

That knife in particular looks pretty good for coming out of the ground. I really don't think it could have been there too long.

Very nice knife find! :icon_thumright:
I love finding knives that are in nice shape like yours!

Here's my latest . . . it had probably been in the ground a few years as most
of the plating had worn off and some of the wood had started to deteriorate! :(
