Nice little buckle 1780-1820

Hey guys. Found this sweet little coat buckle. Can any experts give me a hand with age? Found it about 50' away from a 1753 half penny. Thanks for looking!

*UPDATE*. Verified through several sources that it's a coat buckle and dates between 1780-1820
