nice liberty half dollar

went out a Monday night and found this awesome 1934-s walking liberty half dollar.
i was hunting an old homestead that i regularly go to (normally just pull some iron junk ).
got a good hit and figured more trash but when i pulled it out i freaked out(1st one Ive found)
and did a little happy dance ,i found a couple of wheat's but their not in good shape
thats got to be one of my best days ever mding so far and i cant wait
to get back there and see what else i can pull out

Congrats on the nice silver, those Walkers are beautys! I'll bet you were excited after digging through a lot of junk but, that's what it might take to get through to the goodies. Remove all the junk that might be masking the good finds then maybe some old relics will come up. HH, Mike

allot of junk is wright i probably could fill a pickup truck with the scrap iron Ive pulled from there lol. yea it seems like the more junk i get out the more coins i find(more wheat's than anything)
but I'm happy to pull anything but junk iron it gets old very quick

yea i knew it was older because ive pulled a 1936 wheat penny and others around that date from there

Very nice, reminds me of a farm house I detected when I was a teenager. I think we filled 2 or 3 five-gallon buckets of junk before the goodies started popping up, including a walker.

yea Ive probably pulled 2-3 5gallon buckets of junk out of there and allot more still to go
