Nice first centenary 1884 religious medal!

I was sifting my usual site when I popped this giant copper piece from the hole. Upon getting it home I cleaned it up and saw first centenary with a date of 1884. I’m not too familiar with these sorts of keepsakes, so I don’t know much about it, but it is definitely a welcome find! The little history I know on it is that it is a medal celebrating 100 years (1784-1884) of the United Methodist church. It baffles me that all these finds are practically piled on top of each other underneath this old house seat!
