Went digging in a cellar today for lack of any better options. My detector is out of play right now. Found some pretty cool relics pictured below. I have 3 or 4 more times that to post tomorrow. Anyway, I hope y'all enjoy the pics. HH

cool finds,, your white disk there are seals from mason jar lids

Yeah I have over 200 of them. Are any of them that were ever made even a little rare or valuable. Just thought I would ask. Thanks for the reply. HH

next your buckles is that a flat button or a coin ?

they are from around mid to late 40 to to i think early 60's,,,, but some of them can be , try to google info on them and see what you can find,, these type would have had a metal tin or zinc type lid

Its a plain button. No decorations or words that I can see. Thanks for the posts everyone. More coming tomorrow. Bedtime for now :)

Under the jar lid seals is the backing plate off of a car or tractor generator.

Thank for all the posts and thank you Zebco for the ID. Just went to the scrap yard this morning after last nights dig. Just couldn't toss that and a lot of other stuff. I am cleaning the others now and should post tonight.

P.S. I don't know how many of you guys keep your non keeper metal, brass, or copper items but you really should. In the last two weeks I've made 275 bucks scrapping various metals from dump digging. Well worth it my book. HH everyone!!!
