Hello everyone. I had a chance over the last couple of weeks to hunt on some family property and pulled out quite a bit of stuff. I had been hunting around the house where my dad grew up but decided to venture into the field behind it. I was able to locate two old and previously unknown (to me) house sites. I found everything in the pictures EXCEPT the 1875 dime and 1903 Indian (I let my uncle use one of my machines). Pictured are square nails, one bigger hand forged nail, musketballs (one has been chewed, presumably by a hogs as there were hogs in that field many years ago), toe taps (one still has a nail in it), brass ring, lock cover, brass button, buckles, one of MAAAANY shotgun shell bases, piece of a silver thimble, 1903 and 1859 indians, 1802 half reale, 1875 dime, Eagle I cuff button, and a small piece of brass that says "BABY"(anybody know what it was for?). The eagle button and 1859 Indian were my first ever of each and I have been treasure hunting for 15 years. Also pictured is the field and most of the large iron targets I dug. Hope you enjoy the post.
