Nice 18k today

Hi all,first hunt today in almost a month . The beach was almost too packed to hunt but I just weaved in and out of the millions of people. Lots of coins and a few keys also. I had been hunting about an hour when I hit the gold and I quickly packed it away before anyone would want to look at it or what not.Gold makes a crowd form sometimes and that just kills hunting time.
I was not even sure it was real till I stopped hunting for a couple of hours and took a look at it. It feels good to be back on the board ,this is my second gold of the year and I will be beach hunting for the next year when I can make the 1.5 hour drive. I will be glad when the people start to thin out abit. I must of had 20 kids following me to day to see what kind of treasure was next. I gave a couple of the kids a few coins just because they reminded me of my daughters.

Nice ring, great hunt. It's a good 3 hour drive to the beach. I haven't hunt beach since the late 80's Just dying to get back there.
