The official warning PSA is here. It says there is a scam going around involving counterfeit coins, and that the scam starts with a cold call. Now maybe it's just me, but when someone calls me out of the blue and asks if I want to buy anything, the answer is "no". And if it's something "rare" or "valuable" or an "incredible opportunity", all the red flags go up. There ain't no such thing as a free lunch, and nobody is going to call up out of the blue to hand you one.
