Newbies first finds with Minelab Explorer SE

My first finds with my new toy.

What I learned this weekend: Rusted square nails sound just like coins, pull tabs sound just like coins, the Explorer SE is learnable, and this doll was buried in my back yard for at least a century.

When I was new on the Explorer I dug a lot of square nails until I switched to ferrous sounds. It helped me a whole lot.

I found a doll almost exactly like it in a hole with a 1875 seated dime. Mine is missing the legs also and there is no wire where the arm is only a hole where the wire once was. Cool finds
