Hi folks my name is Metodie and I'm extremely new to treasure hunting. I bought a whites eagle have not received it yet but I am so looking forward to it. And I'm looking forward to taking the advice of the seasoned pros on this site. Thank you in advance!!!! I live here in Murralls Inlet South Carolina.

You might consider browsing Sub-Forums: South Carolina for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state.
 

If it's an Eagle ll SL90, that's a very good machine.....a bit dated but not by too much. Don't expect to use it in the ocean or even wet, salty sand as it doesn't like that environment at all. Repairs are becoming a problem with that machine as there are limited parts available so make sure it works good before you finalize the deal.
