Newbie!

Hi all, I live in Michigan and got my first metal detector for Christmas and I cant wait for the ground to thaw!!!! It's driving me crazy! I am so excited! I've been spending my wintry days researching, which just gets me even more exited. I live in fort Gratiot Michigan and there is a lot of history here and a lot of water. Wish me luck!
