Welcome from Tennessee. My Dad was from Sayre. He graduated Oklahoma State in 1939. He wrestled for the legendary Coach E.C. Gallagher. Not first string or anything but was on the wrestling squad. You should have some good detecting places out there ! Check the old public swimming pool and park in Sayre. Its been there all of my life !
