Ok! I couldn't just sit here & read all these posts without going out. We are having a heat wave right now. It is clear up to 29 degrees. As my handicapped son is home for a visit, I couldn't really go anywhere for more than a few minutes so I hit a short piece of a trail through the edge of our place where school kids like to short cut. Got several good hits that I am sure were clad, but the ground is frozen solid to 4" deep. Gravel mixed in sand wouldn't let me get the Lesche into the ground. I moved over to a non gravel area where some old cars from the 30's used to sit. Managed to dig a couple of brake line fittings, a whatsit & some pop can fodder. By this time I was turning blue & I had to get back inside to check on my son anyway, as my wife is out of town for a few hours. At least I made it out before the end of the year. It still felt good even if all I dug was trash.
