A new wreck has been found in the Isla del Muerto, also known as Santa Clara Islan, out off the. south coast of Ecuador. According to researchers, a Galeon called ¨Santa Isabel¨was lost there in the early 1700, with 7 000 000 in gold bullion and silver in about 60 ft. of water. The owners of the concession are Robcar S.A., discoverers of the Galleon ¨Consolacion¨, foun in the same area .

South Pacific Archeological Discoverers COPAQ Inc. are assisting in recoveries and research, Will update Outcomes.

I wonder if Spain is going to claim this.

Spain will not bother. Ecuador routinely tells them (and us too, for that matter) to pound salt. Good for them. Hats off to Robcar!

Thank very much for your replys

Thousands of South American Indians were put to work during the colonial era by the spaniards (Conquiatadores)mainly in the gold and silver mines. They began working at an early ageand did so during all their short lives; they only left when they died.
The Conquistadores did this for 400 years and more, all over the Americas; thousands of tons of gold and silver were stolen this way from the natives during the colonial times, so Spaniards don´t have any any right to ask for the little they lost in our seas, insted they should compensate the Americas for the amount stolen to pay in a small quantity the outtrageos behavior equal to Hitler and Stalin massacres, so what we find is for our countries. Thank very much for all the people concerned.
